For properties marketed as “Zero Brokerage” or “No Brokerage,” no advisory fee is charged to the buyer or tenant. Any applicable developer-side brokerage or referral fee is received directly from developers and does not affect the buyer's cost. All fee arrangements will be disclosed in writing prior to transaction completion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SM Properties & Management Services or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
